Healthy Mind

I never would have thought that my first blog ever would be about suicide awareness, but this is what these blogs are about…. healthy in progress; Healthy body, Healthy mind, healthy life. I have this nice paragraph starting of a blog in a word document that has been sitting for about two weeks. This blog will be short and simple and will not take me two weeks.

As a health care professional, I’ve seen a video produced by the Cleveland clinic several times, it’s almost like that math movie that you have to watch in high school. It goes through the hospital with statements next to people stating reasons why they are there; a mother and child walking “husband terminally ill, visiting dad” or a new dad “getting to say hello for the first time” I think about that video all the time because my point is you don’t know what someone is going through.

Anyone can fake a smile, while dying on the inside.  If you are someone in need, please reach out for help. Understand that no problem is big enough with the help of family and friends.
